The Phase at Commons

The Phase at Commons hosts a wide variety of events with the many spaces to choose from. Events from
weddings, receptions, parties, concerts, church services twice a week and business meetings, etc.
During the tour/ walk thru with Rachel on 02/28/2020 I was shown a number of event spaces or common spaces
to include:

  • Legacy Theater
  • 7 Meeting Rooms
  • 3 Training Rooms
  • 1 Men’s Restroom (multiple stalls)
  • 1 Women’s Restroom (multiple stalls)
  • Living Room
  • Extra Room (technically is a part of the school but is used for events as well)
  • Lobby
  • Coffee Shop
Rachel expressed the importance of the set up and break down for the church services on Tuesdays and Sundays. After viewing the venue and reviewing the needs that were conveyed during the tour, it is my professional recommendation that we come in and clean/disinfect a minimum of 3 days per week.

Includes cleaning supplies

  • 3 Days Per Week
  • Tuesday and Sunday – (FLIP) Set Up and Break Down for Church Services in Legacy Theater
  • Clean/ Disinfect Restroom: mop with germicidal disinfectant, clean 8–10 commodes, sink, and mirrors
  • Sweep and Mop – Hallways, Restrooms and Lobby (non-carpeted areas)
  • Vacuum – Legacy Theater, Offices, Training Rooms
  • Trash Removal
  • Dust / Wipe Down

SILVER PACKAGE $2200/week

Includes cleaning supplies

  • 4 Days Per Week
  • Tuesday and Sunday – (FLIP) Set Up and Break Down for Church Services in Legacy Theater
  • Clean/ Disinfect Restroom: mop with germicidal disinfectant, clean 8–10 commodes, sink, and mirrors
